ANNA BECKER, Seaman
A 5-foot-10 sophomore point guard, Becker was a TopSports.news All-Shawnee County Top 10 and All-Centennial League first-team pick as a freshman and was named the newcomer of the year in the Centennial League and Shawnee County. Becker, who received All-Class 5A honorable mention from the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association, averaged 14 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 2.7 assists last season for the 16-6 Vikings.
BREEZY CANADY, Shawnee Heights
Canady, a 5-5 junior guard, returns as one of the most experienced players for a Shawnee Heights team that posted a 10-11 record last season. Canady averaged 1.6 asists and 1.2 steals as a sophomore for the T-Birds.
ZOE CANFIELD, Washburn Rural
A 5-foot-11 junior, Canfield averaged 10.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals last season for the 23-2 Class 6A state-champion Junior Blues, earning Top 10 TSN All-Shawnee County, second-team All-Centennial League and KBCA All-6A honorable mention recognition. Canfield, who has orally committed to Kansas, shot 47.5 percent from 3-point range and 84.8 percent from the free throw line.
ADISYN CARYL, Topeka High
Caryl, a 5-9 senior, earned TSN All-Shawnee County Second 10 honors last season and also received All-Centennial League honorable mention, helping the 20-3 Trojans win the league title and earn a 6A state tournament berth. Caryl averaged 8.4 rebounds and shot 56 percent from 2-point range as a junior for the Trojans.
ZOE CLARK, Topeka West
A junior, Clark received TSN All-Shawnee County and All-Centennial League honorable mention last season after averaging 5.2 points and 1.5 steals and hitting 13 3-pointers for Topeka West, which will be looking to improve on last season's 2-18 record.
BROOKLYN DeLEYE, Washburn Rural
A 6-2 senior, DeLeye averaged 11.8 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists as a junior for the 23-2 6A state-champion Junior Blues, earning first-team All-Centennial League and TSN All-Shawnee County honors and earning All-6A honorable mention from the KBCA. DeLeye, a Kentucky commit in volleyball, helped lead the Junior Blues to the state title in that sport this fall.
EMARI DOBY, Shawnee Heights
After missing her sophomore season with a knee injury, Doby bounced back with a strong junior campaign for the 10-11 T-Birds, earning first-team All-United Kansas Conference and Second 10 TSN All-Shawnee recognition. Doby averaged 11.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists while hitting 13 3-pointers.
MARIAH FARMER, Silver Lake
Farmer, a 5-6 senior, averaged 7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists last season while helping 24-2 Silver Lake post a third-place finish in the Class 3A state tournament. Farmer earned TSN All-Shawnee County and All-Mid-East League honorable mention for the Eagles a year ago.
JAZMYN FORD, Topeka West
A senior, Ford is a top returner for Topeka West, earning TSN All-Shawnee County honorable mention in the 2021-2022 season. Ford averaged a team-high 7.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.2 steals and shot 55 percent from 2-point range last season for the 2-18 Chargers.
BROOKLYN GORMLEY, Seaman
Gormley, a 6-foot junior, averaged 5.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.7 blocked shots and 1.1 steals last season for the 16-6 Vikings and will be counted on inside for Seaman, which will be without sophomore post player Ava Esser for the season due to an injury.
McKINLEY KRUGER, Silver Lake
A 5-6 junior, Kruger averaged 12.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists last season for 24-2 Silver Lake, which finished third in the 3A state tournament, earning first-team All-Mid-East League and TSN All-Shawnee County honors for the Eagles as a sophomore.
MaRYAH LUTZ, Washburn Rural
Lutz, a 5-5 senior guard, helped Washburn Rural post a 23-2 record and win the 6A state championship last season. Lutz averaged 5.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists with 23 made 3-pointers a year ago, earning Second 10 TSN All-Shawnee County recognition. Lutz shot 72 percent from the free throw line.
MAKENZIE McDANIEL, Silver Lake
A 6-1 junior, McDaniel helped lead Siler Lake to a 24-2 record and a third-place finish in the 3A state tournament last season, averaging 15.5 points, 11.5 rebounds and 1.8 blocked shots. McDaniel was a unanimous All-Mid-East League selection and was also a TSN All-Shawne County Top 10 pick. McDaniel was named to the All-3A second team by the KBCA.
BRYLEE MEIER, Hayden
Meier, a sophomore, averaged 6.7 points and 5.1 rebounds as a freshman for the 11-11 Wildcats while shooting 50 percent from 3-point range (11 of 22). Meier received All-Shawnee County and All-Centennial League honorable mention lat season.
EMMA MITCHELL, Rossville
A 5-10 junior, Mitchell earned first-team All-Mid-East League and Second 10 TSN All-Shawnee County recognition last season for the 11-10 Bulldawgs, averaging 13.9 points and 4.8 rebounds.
KINSEY PERINE, Rossville
A junior, Perine was a All-Mid-East League first-team selection last season and also earned TSN All-Shawnee County Second 10 recognition. Perine averaged 11.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4 assists for the 11-10 Bulldawgs.
AMELIA RAMSEY, Highland Park
Ramsey was a key player for Highland Park last season as a freshman, averaging 9.2 points and 10.2 rebounds, which led the city of Topeka, while shooting 59 percent from 2-point range and 72 percent from the free throw line. Ramsey received All-Shawnee County and All-Centennial League honorable mention last season.
LAUREN SANDSTROM, Hayden
A 4A state doubles champion in tennis this fall, Sandstrom averaged 4.7 rebounds last season as a sophomore for the 11-11 Wildcats while shooting 45 percent from 2-point range. Sandstrom received TSN All-Shawnee County honorable mention last season.
KIKI SMITH, Topeka High
A 5-7 senior, Smith was named the Shawnee County player of the year after leading Topeka High to the Centennial League championship and a 6A state tournament berth last season. Smith, also the Centennial League player of the year, averaged 18 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 4.1 steals as a junior while connecting on 49 3-pointers. Smith earned first-team All-Class 6A honors from the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association.
TAYLIN STALLBAUMER, Seaman
Stallbaumer, a 5-6 junior, averaged 11 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.4 steals and 2.0 assists for the 16-6 Vikings as a sophomore while connecting on 43 3-pointers. Stallbaumer was a Top 10 All-Shawnee County and second-team All-Centennial League selection last season.
