DAGEN BREWER, Seaman
A senior third baseman, Brewer helped lead Seaman to a 19-4 record and a 17th straight Class 5A state tournament berth last season, earning first-team All-Shawnee County and All-Centennial League honors and second-team All-Class 5A recognition from the Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches. Brewer hit .375 with six home runs and 25 runs batted in. In four pitching appearances Brewer recorded one save and compiled a 1.40 earned run average.
KADEN BROWN, Rossville
A senior catcher/pitcher/outfielder, Brown earned second-team All-Shawnee County honors last season after helping the Bulldawgs post a 15-7 record. Brown hit .425 last spring with 25 runs scored and 16 runs batted in. As a pitcher Brown went 3-0 with an 0.38 ERA, recording 23 strikeouts in 18 innings pitched.
MAX COLOMBO, Topeka High
A senior, Colombo earned first-team All-Shawnee County and All-Centennial League honors last season after helping lead Topeka High to a breakout 15-7 season. Colombo attends Cair Paravel Latin while competing for Topeka High in a co-op agreement. A shortstop/pitcher, Colombo hit a city-high .522 with 35 RBI while scoring 22 runs. As a pitcher Colombo posted a 1.59 ERA and struck out 42 batters in 26 and one-third nnings.
MACLANE FINLEY, Seaman
Finley, a senior infielder, earned second-team All-Shawnee County recognition last season after helping Seaman post a 19-4 record and advance to the Class 5A state tounament. Finley also earned All-Centennial League honorable mention as well as All-Class 5A honorable mention from the Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches.
BRAEDON GINTER, Shawnee Heights
A senior, Ginter is a top returner for Shawnee Heghts, a traditional city power which is coming off a 12-10 record in the 2021 season. An outfielder, Ginter was named to the All-United Kansas Conference second team last spring and was also named to the All-Shawnee County second team.
BROCK HOWARD, Washburn Rural
A senior infielder, Howard helped lead Washburn Rural to a 17-6 record, the Centennial League championship and a berth in the Class 6A state tournament in 2021. Howard earned All-Shawnee County, All-Centennial League and All-Class 6A recognition from the Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches last season. Howard batted .507 as a junior and drove in 27 runs while compiling nine doubles and two triples. Howard went 2-0 as a pitcher, giving up just three hits and no runs while striking out six batters.
DAIGAN KRUGER, Silver Lake
A senior outfielder, Kruger earned second-team All-Shawnee County recognition last season while also earning second-team All- Class 3A honors from the Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches. Kruger, who received All-3A honorable mention as a freshman in 2019, helped lead Silver Lake to a 17-5 record last season.
McGWYRE LEATHERS, Rossville
A senior third baseman/catcher, Leathers earned second-team All-Class 3A recognition last season after helping the Bulldawgs post a 15-7 record. Leathers, who also received All-Shawnee County honorable mention, hit .333 with 26 hits, 16 RBI and 14 runs scored.
CARSON ROSEN, Washburn Rural
A senior pitcher, Rosen earned second-team All-Shawnee County and All-Centennial League honors last spring after helping the 17-6 Junior Blues win the Centennial League championship and earn a berth in the Class 6A state tournament. Carson turned in a clutch relief performance in a 6A regional final, helping Rural reach the state tournament.
BRYSON VAWTER, Seaman
A junior, Vawter earned first-team All-Shawnee County honors as a sophomore and also earned second-team All-Class 5A honors from the Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches and second-team All-Centennial League recognition as a designated hitter. Vawter helped Seaman post a 19-4 record and advance to the 5A state tournament, hitting .391 with 21 runs scored and eight doubles. Vawter went 1-0 as a pitcher, striking out 21 in six appearances with an 0.45 ERA.
