Wyatt Arnold, Washburn Rural
A senior team captain, Arnold is in his fourth season as the Junior Blues' starting goalkeeper, helping 16-4-1 Rural post a fourth-place finish in the Class 6A state tournament last fall, recording 11 shutouts. A first-team All-City and All-Centennial League pick as a junior, Arnold is No. 3 on Rural's all-time list with 28 career shutouts.
Kyson Evans, Seaman
Evans, a senior, will be counted on as a leader this fall for the Vikings, who are coming off a 7-7-1 season in 2020, advancing to a 5A regional final. Evans earned All-City and All-Centennial League honorable recognition as a junior.
Jordan Garvin, Shawnee Heights
Garvin was a first-team All-City and All-United Kansas Conference first-team selection and earned second-team All-Class 5A honors last season as a sophomore. Garvin scored 18 goals and recorded six assists as Shawnee Heights posted a 14-5-1 record and finished third in the 5A state tournament.
Mason Grogan, Washburn Rural
Grogan, a senior team captain, is a three-year varsity player and two-year starter for the Junior Blues as a defender, helping Rural post 11 shutouts last season en route to a 16-4-1 record, a fourth-place state finish in 6A and a 26th straight Centennial League championship (outright or shared). Grogan received second-team All-Centennial League honors last season as a junior.
Chris Hayes, Hayden
Hayes, a junior, is one of Hayden's top returning players this season after earning All-Centennial League honorable mention recognition in 2020 for the Wildcats as a sophomore.
Garrison Johnson, Shawnee Heights
Johnson contributed a goal and seven assists in the 2020 season for Shawnee Heights, helping the T-Birds go 14-5-1 on the season en route to a third-place finish in the 5A state tournament.
Joe Morse, Washburn Rural
Morse is a four-year varsity player for Washburn Rural and started as a sophomore before being sidelined last season after suffering a torn ACL. Morse, a captain, will be counted on to play a key role for the Junior Blues this season as a midfielder.
Jake Muller, Hayden
A junior, Muller is a three-sport standout for the Wildcats in soccer, basketball and track and field. Muller won a 2021 Class 4A state track championship in the 300-meter hurdles. Muller received All-City and All-Centennial League honorable mention in soccer last season.
Pablo Pradera, Seaman
Pradera is expected to make an immediate impact for Seaman, which is coming off a 7-7-1 season in 2020, joining the Vikings as a foreign exchange student from Spain.
Sergio Ramirez, Topeka High
A senior, Ramirez will be counted on to be a team leader for Topeka High this fall after earning second-team All-Centennial League and All-City honorable mention recognition last season.
Porter Schafersman, Washburn Rural
Schafersman, a senior captain, scored seven goals and had two assists for the Junior Blues last season, tying for fourth in goals scored for Rural, which went 16-4-1, earned its 26th straight Centennial League title (outright or shared) and finished fourth in 6A. Schafersman received second-team all-league honors and All-City honorable mention in 2020.
David Skinner, Shawnee Heights
Skinner earned All-Class 5A second-team recognition and All-City honorable mention last season as a junior for Shawnee Heights. Skinner is a standout defender for the T-Birds, helping Heights post a 14-5-1 record and a third-place finish in the 5A state tournament last season.
