Washburn University women's basketball finishes its quick two-game trip to the Show Me State at 1 p.m. on Saturday against Lincoln.
Washburn is coming off an 84-71 road loss to No. 17 Central Missouri on Wednesday and is now 10-4 overall and 5-3 in the MIAA.
Lincoln is 5-9 overall to start the season and 1-7 in the MIAA after falling to Emporia State 68-62 at home on Thursday.
Senior Aubree Dewey leads the Ichabods with a 15.1 scoring average on 45-percent shooting from the floor.
Dewey dishes out a team-high 5.5 assists per game and pulls down 5.6 rebounds per game from the point guard position, second most on the team. She leads the team playing 32.7 per game and averages 1.7 steals.
Sophomore Yibari Nwidadah averages 13.6 points and a team-high 9.8 rebounds while shooting 58.7 percent from the field.
Sophomore Aniah Wayne is averaging 10.6 points this season and leads the Ichabods with 33 3-pointers.
Dewey finished with a career-high 28 points on 11-21 shooting to lead the Ichabods in Wednesday's loss at Central Missouri while Nwidadah had a double-double with 13 points and a team-high 11 rebounds along with three blocks.
Ashlyn Alloway leads Lincoln with a 17.2 scoring average while also boasting a 46.2 shooting percentage from deep. She leads Lincoln on the boards as well pulling down 7.9 rebounds per game in 33.1 minutes per contest.
Steph Torres is second on the Blue Tigers with a 12.6 scoring average and leads the team with 2.9 assists per game. She has made a team-high 25 3-pointers on the year.
Saturday will be the 36th meeting all-time between the Washburn and Lincoln with the Ichabods sweeping the series so far, 35-0.
The Ichabods return to Lee Arena and will take on Missouri Southern at 5:30 p.m. next Wednesday.
